Which clients do you send transcripts COD?

It's been our policy for a number of years to send transcripts out COD if the bill is not going to an insurance company or if the client doesn't have a history with us.  I can't tell you how much this policy has helped with cash flow since if a client balks at paying in advance, there's a good chance they probably would have balked after the fact.

What's your policy regarding CODs?

I think all domestic work should be COD'd.
