8/6/2012 6:31:08 PM My boss wants there to be more space between my Q and the actual question or my A and the actual answer. How do I format this on Case CATalyst software? This is an example of what I mean: how it is now: Q: What do you mean? how she wants it: Q: What do you mean? any and all comments/suggestions are appreciated! Thanks! |

I think you have to go into your dictionary and edit your format for your Q & A and put in the appropriate spaces after them. I haven't done it in a long time, but I think that's at least one way you can do it. |

You can also go into "modify layout" under your "format" tab while you're in the job. Choose "paragraph setup," then below that on the dropdown menu, choose "question paragraph style." Underneath that, you can assign the placement on the page of your Q and where the question should start. Do the same with the answer, but on the dropdown menu choose "answer paragraph style." Then just save the format. |
