scanning exhibit - charges?bv

Could you please tell me how you handle scanned exhibits?

Do you charge for the scanned exhibits?

I don't have office staff, so I took them to be scanned at a  local store.  I'm talking over 150 pages.

They did a great job and put them on a flash drive for me so I can no send them to the attorneys.  I just don't know how to charge for them.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Yes, this is the legal field.  We charge for anything extra (ha, ha).  I have never had to scan exhibits myself, but if you want to email me, I can tell you what I charge per page for photocopies of exhibits, which should be pretty much the same (fstfngrs@yahoo.com).  We're not supposed to talk pricing on this forum.
